How I can assist founders? It often starts with a brainstorming session with the founding team by talking about your current challenges and review your market positioning and value proposition. After the overview of your business and your challenges, we will :

1. enter into detailed assumptions to re-evaluate the strategy,
2. and then suggesting actionable advice to a) identify areas for improvement (marketing, product, pricing, distribution,...) b) and/or reach a business goal (lead generation, user acquisition, branding,...).
